With over 13 years of teaching experience in South Korea and Canada, Gregory has worked with learners across a wide range of ages, proficiency levels, and educational settings. His background includes kindergarten and elementary ESL instruction, adult IELTS preparation, private tutoring, and adult high school equivalency education.

Gregory’s teaching philosophy is grounded in student-centered learning, differentiation, and high expectations for all learners. He focuses on creating supportive, engaging lessons that build confidence, communication skills, and meaningful learning experiences tailored to each student’s goals and learning style.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology, a TESOL K–12 teaching license through the Hawai‘i Teacher Standards Board, and a Master of Education in Teaching Multilingual Learners.
